And no, that doesn’t mean “one lonely asset per request.”
A single request can be something big, like:a Halloween campaign,
a Holiday refresh,
or Back-to-School visuals…
These each could include multiple assets, and we work through those assets together as one request. So you’re not getting one thing at a time, you’re getting batches of work inside each request.

Content Design request (emails, social posts, banners, etc.) is usually 24–48 hours.
3D renders usually take 36–48 hours. It’s faster if we already have your product model, slightly slower if we need to build it from scratch (because 3D objects don’t magically appear… yet). The more complex the request, the more coffee we drink.
Photography takes 5–10 days because cameras are divas, lighting has strong opinions, props need wrangling, and humans require scheduling.

Most content can be created entirely in 3D. It’s faster, fully editable, and perfect if you want flexibility, unlike a photoshoot, where one tiny change can mean rebuilding the entire set (cue dramatic sighs).
Go for a photoshoot when you need a human touch like a hand holding your product, showing scale, or demonstrating multiple angles. Natural elements or lifestyle scenes also usually shine better in a real shoot. That’s when reality wins.

Dawn tier includes both! You can request photography, 3D renders, or a combination depending on what your product needs. Golden tier gives you all of that plus content design, basically turning us into your fully-loaded creative squad.

Due to heavy upfront development (like building your products in 3D pixel by pixel or setting up a full photoshoot), we don’t offer refunds.
But we do offer revisions until it’s right because we like happy clients and zero awkward tension.
